What skill level is this program for?

This is for ALL levels ! We will keep adding content from beginner to advanced. From led hatha & vinyasa classes to masterclasses on arm balancing & inversions. Learn the Yoga mantras from the comfort of your room and relax yourself with breathing practices. No matter what you are in the mood for we have you covered.

How long do I have access to the program & when does it start?

You have access to the community as long as you want to stay a community member. Your yearly fee will stay the same even when we grow through out the years (prices will change for future students). So the moment you sign up and get accepted into the group you can start immediately and use the platform.

Can't I learn all of this on Youtube?

As you may know there is no real community on YouTube. Also the diversity that we offer and having an actual input into what we might create for you in the future! Sharing your experiences before and after with your fellow students and keep getting help and advice from us your teachers is the biggest value we can offer. But of course we also offer some regular classes on YouTube. The value is in the actual community, staying connected with fellow students.

Do I need to have XYZ before starting?

Nothing needed so you are set. Just make use of what we have to offer and share & help your fellow students along with their questions. As we will be there everyday to help you!
