What if I only want to deepen my practice and not teach?
That's totally welcome! Many students join the YTT to gain a deeper understanding of yoga beyond the mat — no intention to teach required.
What style of yoga is taught in the training?
Our training focuses on a balanced foundation rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa, with influences from functional movement, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. You'll also gain exposure to other styles and teaching methodologies.
Who is this training for?
This training is for anyone with a passion for yoga — whether you're looking to deepen your personal practice, learn more about philosophy and anatomy, or become a certified yoga teacher. You don't need to be advanced or super flexible — just open, curious, and committed.
How long should I have been practicing before attending?
While there's no strict rule, we recommend at least one or two years of consistent yoga practice before attending. However, the "right" amount of time depends more on your individual experience and understanding of yoga principles, rather than just the number of years.
How many students are in each training?
We keep our groups small (typically 10–20 participants) to ensure personalised guidance and a supportive learning environment. This allows us to provide plenty of personal attention during the practice sessions and have group discussions where everyone feels heard and seen.
What's the investment? Are payment plans available?
Tuition is a flat rate with possible installments on request. The first 2 sign-ups access a €200 discount. Accommodation and food are not included in the training fee — see the application page for current pricing and payment options.
Do you offer scholarships or financial assistance?
Yes. We have limited partial scholarships available, including Teacher Training Half Scholarships for Karma students. Please apply by emailing us.
What is not included?
Not included: flights, individual coaching and private yoga sessions (can be booked additionally), extra excursions, and medical/travel insurance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full payment is required 60 days in advance of the YTT start date. Please refer to our terms and conditions on the application page for the full cancellation policy.
Is this training Yoga Alliance certified?
Yes. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certificate that meets Yoga Alliance standards. We are also the only yoga school that works alongside Yoga Alliance to support you through the entire registration process.
How is the training structured?
60 hours online (self-paced and live virtual sessions) completed before arrival, followed by 140 contact hours during the 14 days in person in Málaga.
What should I bring to the in-person training?
You'll receive a full packing list upon registration. Essentials typically include comfortable practice clothes, a refillable water bottle, journal, and any personal items. Mats, props, and bedding are provided.
Will I have support after the training?
Yes — and more than most schools. You'll have 3 extra months of mentorship included with your training: personal guidance, business support, monthly check-ins, and access to expert advice. You'll also join our supportive alumni community.
How do I apply?
Simply fill out the application form on the next page and pay the deposit. We'll review it and follow up with a short call to answer any remaining questions.
How do I get there?
Please wait for our directions before booking any transportation — we'll send detailed travel instructions after your application is confirmed.
Final assessment — is there a test?
You'll get a final assessment close to the end of the training, consisting of a theory test and a practicum test. If you don't pass, you have time during the end of the training to redo it. The full curriculum must be completed to receive your certificate.
