Move Breathe Team
Since I was a kid in Italy I was always active so that was not a surprise that I am a movement enthusiast. Because of my scoliosis, I was directed to attend postural training at a very young age. I found my first love for movement in the swimming pool where I was in pre-agonistic training and competitions. After I started the same trajectory as a teenager for athletics, competing in middle distance races. Later I joined martial arts such as Taekwondo . Even though I injured my knees, ankle and feet as a consequence of two bad accidents, the love for the movement never left me.
This is when I discovered Yoga. Yoga helped me to recover from my injuries and at the same time helped me to reconnect with my body. I embarked on a journey seeking the best teachings, so I could transmit this art of yoga to my students in the most comprehensive way possible. I hold more than 900 h of Yoga Education simply because I believe we are always, in the first place, a student.
I love to create the space and time needed for people to challenge their comfort zone, explore their boundaries and connect to their inner playful child.I also love Nature, Chai and Playing around the Mat.

From a young age I have been interested in Martial Arts and started from 8 years old to practice karate. Later I went into training Kung Fu & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). It was not until later in life that I have found Yoga and it changed my life. Never have I found something that had such a complete practice to me, not only physical but also the philosophy, pranayama, meditation, mantras, kirtans (music) and Ayurveda.
All of this is know completely integrated into my daily life, as Yoga is on and off the mat. Being able to do it anywhere anytime and you don't even need your mat if you don't have it with you.
I work still as a professional fire fighter and yoga has helped me tremendously throughout my career. By staying fit and free from injuries. Teaching Yoga to fire fighters has made me realise how much they and other man especially need this. So many of us don't know how to properly breathe, create focus, improve athletic performance and create a more functional body through movement.
With my studies in Pranayama & Breathwork I try to bring the best of both worlds together. Teaching the science behind the breathing and how this effects our body so you can learn to use your breath to work for you. But also teaching the yogic philosophy of pranayama and how to use this ancient wisdom.
Hope to see you soon with us in training.

Luca’s evolving journey with Yoga has been a synthesis of diverse influences, blending Eastern philosophy, meditation, and therapeutic movement.
During his early 20s, the attraction of Eastern philosophy captivated him through the narratives of various authors. However, it was his relocation to the Netherlands that introduced him to meditation as a therapeutic tool, unveiling concealed dimensions of the Self.
Wandering through Eastern countries deepened his affinity for the practice, and unexpectedly, his journey into teaching began in Florence, his hometown. There, he encountered Ashtanga and the freedom of expression of Rocket Yoga, a revolutionary take on traditional Ashtanga sequences. This experience emphasized the significance of continual transformation and the imperative to authentically express his practice, transcending conventional guidelines.
Nowadays, Luca's personal Yoga journey is a dynamic fusion that empowers transformative processes through a progressive outlook and a contemporary approach to practice, intertwining psychological mindfulness, therapeutic movement, and self-discovery.
This fusion has manifested in three distinct concepts within his practice. 'Origins' embodies the raw power of Power Yoga—a resilient practice fostering strength and acceptance. 'Rhythm' comprises unending, creative flows that elevate energy and deepen awareness of behavioral patterns. 'Equilibrium' offers an unconventional interpretation of Yin, blending passive and active stretches to stimulate the inner journey.
Luca provides a full spectrum of practices to create purposes for improving physical and inner growth.
