Full payment is required 60 days in advance of the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) start date.
Our Cancellation or Rescheduling (Due to Unforeseen Circumstances Beyond Our Control)
If we must cancel or reschedule the training due to COVID-related lockdowns or any other force majeure event outside our control, you will have the choice of:
A full refund (including deposit), or Transferring your booking to the new date at no additional cost.
Your Cancellation or Rescheduling
If, for any unforeseen reason (e.g., unavoidable personal circumstances), you can no longer participate, the following applies:
45+ days before start:
• Rescheduling possible (subject to approval).
• Provide valid documentation (e.g., medical certificate).
• €150 service & admin fee applies.
• Credit valid for 12 months (non-extendable).
• No refund unless you find a replacement participant.
Less than 45 days before start:
No rescheduling. No refund. (Full forfeiture of fees.)
No-show:
Full forfeiture of all fees. Ineligible for future sessions or credits.
Notification: All cancellations/rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email) to the organizer at least 45 days before the training start date.
Finding a replacement: you are responsible for locating and coordinating with the replacement. Once approved, fees may be transferred (subject to admin review).
